Great experience with Eric. Had some problems with my smoker and he helped us figure out the problems and get the right parts ordered definitely recommend.

Eric came out and replaced my low pellet sensor and it works great now. He did a great!

I was having a problem with my GMG Jim Bowie. Coming up to the 4th of July BBQ. I had 6 Boston butts to smoke. Grill wouldn't light. Called a talked to Eric. The help and knowledge he provided was outstanding. He saved the 4th!

I have a Green Mountain Grills (the Jim Bowie model) that I purchased around 2018 For years, I was having issues with getting the proper heat throughout the smoker I had temperature difference of up to 150° and no matter what I tried to do I could could not get a consistent temperature throughout the smoker I was so mad at the smoker. I was just going to throw it away and buy something else but in the middle of May this year I decided I was gonna call Green Mountain Grills. I spoke with a man named Eric and we went through a bunch of troubleshooting steps and set up procedures Come to find out I had been given the wrong drip pan by accident Eric sent me a new drip pan and explained in detail how to set the smoker up once I received it When it arrived, I was quite eager to try this thing, although it was not very hopeful as I had so much trouble with this for the last eight years that I was not very confident and actually thought the grill was a poor quality After I installed the new drip pan and set everything up the way I was explained I have done many tests some as long as three hours, moving thermometers all over the surface to check the consistency of the heat I’m here to tell you that this new drip pan that the company provided me eight years later has got me excited about smoking again Now that my grill works as it should, I am ecstatic and actually eager to throw some meat on that thing and smoke it whenever i get the chance I could not be happier with the service I received from Eric and the advice Even though I had many many questions he was patient and took his time and explained everything to me. I certainly would recommend this grill or any other Green Mountain Grill product!

Had troubles with one of my Daniel boones and the technical support helped me get the right parts and sent them to me without any headaches. Thanks Eric

Thank you Matt for spending 45 minutes with me yesterday getting my girlfriend’s GMG running. I really appreciate all your help,m and help. It’s refreshing to talk to someone in this country who knew exactly the issue and how to fix it. We’re grilling as I type this!

I recently purchased a new Prime Ledge 2.0. Unfortunately after a couple of uses I had the auger bind up at the T-pin bushing. I emailed customer support and after giving them all the product information they informed me they were shipping me a new auger assembly. The customer support was extremely helpful and polite and very hassle free. This is my third Green Mountain grill and I won’t hesitate to buy another when the time comes.
