My grill was not running correctly and not coming up to temperature. I called in to customer service and I was sent to the Wi-Fi department. They helped me update the grills firmware. And the grill is up and running again. I am back to smoking. Thank you Green Mountain. Great customer service. I am very happy that they were there to help me.

I own 2 GMG grills and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I have had to call in and get parts replaced and I actually get to speak to someone, even if I have to leave a message, I get a call back. Always get my issues resolved in a timely manner and customer service is great. The grills make great food and I enjoy the Wi-Fi features as well.

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews here regarding customer service. My Jim Bowie ignitor or thermocouple failed the SUNDAY before fourth of July this year 2022. I call Green Mountain at 9am on a Sunday fully expecting to get a robot. Instead I spoke to a very helpful gentleman describing my problem and in 5 minutes they had shipped me replacement parts on my grill that was 7 years old. Fantastic customer service and very refreshing, thank you!

Green Mountain Grill is a Superior Company regarding Customer Service. They are responsive, attentive, and timely to your needs. They have product Experts taking calls who know the Smokers and how to get the desired end result. They stand behind their product 100% and if anything is not working will find a way to solve it.
