Great product and even better support. I had a few things fail at the three year point under warranty. The drip pan warped and the AC/DC adapter had an internal wire break. Both were replaced immediately at no cost to me. Support was awesome. They changed the design of the SS drip pan and made it thicker. My suggestions for the adapter is to leave it plugged in at the grill end (DC plug) and unplug from the AC outlet and store with the grill. This will reduce the repeated cycles on the DC plug that eventually stressed the wire to the breaking point. Very happy with the product and company,

I got a GMG last year and unfortunately only got to use a handful of times. It worked great on a brisket, steaks, burgers and everything I cooked came out great. I put it away for winter, and when I pulled it out again it was screaming at me when I turned it on. I called support and within minutes Eric had me with a shortterm fix and the longterm fix in the mail. He was respectful, kind and new the product well. Thank you Eric! I love my GMG, and its the brand my family buys and uses to serve the people we care about.

Thanks Eric for the help and I love the Daniel Boone choice smoker I have no complaints. Everything here is positive feedback and we love it and make amazing food.

I've been using my Peak Prime grill for a few years now and the thing is awesome! Using the grill is straight forward and the wireless app works flawlessly. When I have had any questions about the grill their customer service is quick to respond and Eric had the answers to my question. Great grill and customer service!

Best customer service I've ever dealt with. Had my Ledge Prime for Just under 3 years. Had a couple issues early on (interior light, broken ignitor, firmware update (I'm old) and most recently a malfunctioning control board. That aside, I LOVE my grill and would recommend it to anyone. The 5 degree increments is monumental in speeding up or slowing down a long cook. Very solid built machine. As mentioned the customer service is PHENOMENAL. They respond quickly via email and even reach out over the phone. They are super eager to rectify any concerns as they stand behind their product and rightfully so. Very personable staff that want nothing more than to satisfy their customers.

Love my Green Mountain Grill. 6/22/26 I've had my Daniel Boone GMG for 5+ years. It always performs well and meets my expectations. It's so nice to set the temp. and let my grill do the work. When I need a replacement part, GMG staff are always very helpful and courteous. Today, Eric went out of his way to make sure I was taken of and offered pointers to help with my next cook. I've owned my Daniel Boone since 2019, and this was the first issue I've ever had with it. Customer service took care of the problem immediately and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. A shout out to Eric with customer support. His genuine commitment to making sure the issue was fixed and that I was happy with the outcome was impressive. It's rare to find that level of customer service these days. Great product, and even better support when you need it.  Grilling again!!

I've had my GMG Ledge grill for a few years and just got the newer smaller version the Trek prime. Both are just amazing to use. No issues, they work as intended and the food that comes off is always INCREDIBLE!
