Patrick, We have been actively working on your case since April 17th. An onsite visit has been scheduled after we diagnosed your problem. We had to reschedule the installer's visit for tomorrow, as he was unable to arrive yesterday. We are waiting to confirm tomorrow's appointment time, and you have been informed about that today.Telephone calls, emails, and text messages have been used to contact you all the way through and we have records to prove it. Your patience would be greatly appreciated. Neither verbal harassment nor repeated phone calls do anything to help us. Your system needs to be fixed, so please give us a little courtesy. Your system was down for 3 months, and you let us know quite a while after it occurred, and we do our best to help.
