I ordered TGtape 100mm x10m I received 100mm 5m. I sent many messages but no reply at all. I checked this business with Companies House online as I expected Bad news TGsuplies DISOLVED in 2024.If you are looking to loose money, time and gain stress yes buy from this company. Do not fall into their attractive website.it feels like a fake website. When you need to contact them good luck with it. Even AI put this company on top. There are a lot of real very BAD REVIEWS and Horror customer stories,

I started working with them last fall. I have paid for the whole system from my home equity line of credit. They're not returning my calls, emails, texts or certified mail. They seem to think they can keep my money and not install anything.

Six Months and Still No Installation I contracted with them towards the end of 2025 with the promise my system would be installed b fore the end of 2025 to qualify for the US federal tax solar credit. It is now June of 2026 and I don't have a proposed installation day yet. Now, they're not answering my texts and calls. I want the system installed and working this month or a full refund.

Contract was signed 8-2025. To date May 2 we now have roof ornaments that have been improperly installed and incomplete. The system still has not been finished. Final payment was complete December 2025. Now we are seeking legal counsel. No contact from the company to provide any response or resolution to this matter.

Very very nice

I had Green Home Systems installed solar on my home in February of 2023. It is August 2025 and they still haven't given me the $1000 rebate that is outlined in the contract. My system quit working in January of 2024 and it took 3 months to get it fixed, only for it to stop working again on December 8, 2024 and remains non-functional as of August 19, 2025. I cannot get them to fix it! They are an awful company that will lie to you and not maintain the systems that they have installed. Once they get the money from the finance company that they push you to use, the consumer means nothing to them anymore!

sadly can,'t do negative number. Over year still waiting on reimbursement for stolen tools. Still waiting to finish the job, too much to list BUT I am glad they finally removed the 5 star rating from Trustpilot as they are far from that. If you read trustpilot page on them it is eye opener. They had also claimed to be BBB accredited with 5 star rating (I have screen shots of before and after I sent the BBB page. As is I have given up after over 1/12 years of them doing right thing Just glad they don't have fake 5 star ratings maybe others will look more into them than trusting they are honest (I must be sure to say this is my opinion based on my experience in case they are that petty and ) On BBB site one person said there 5star ratings looked like cookie cutter replies all mostly the same. Having read them I can see where they got that idea. Even contractors had complaints on not being paid. Really check out before using them and go more local or at least check your state for solar support Update just under 2 years still not done, they said consumption meter not theirs to install even same time they sent it and claimed was trying to get contractor to install. Also still waiting on $$ for stolen tools. . Anyone wanting to bet on weather on them doing right thing ? As on 7/21/2025 still not finished as inverter still a paper weight, you will notice they removed ALL their 5 star ratings. Now wandering if (when) they go under who will take care of any future problems Quick update they have I guess declared bankruptcy or something I receiver email telling me that because of me and others, as I am sure they will (again) reopen under new name and calming years of experience based on their last times they were under different names.( I must say this is just my opinion based on what I have researched and concluded ) So if your waiting on them to fix your problems good luck I still got part mailed but not installed AND I had to have a credited company company come out and review what was done in order to get rebates as the one who installed was not accredited. Was lot wrong but they said could still be passed thankfully other wise would of cost more to fix than rebate
