I had an order problem that was addressed quickly. Rancid product. However, return email is offline and no response through the phone. I had to leave a message in under 5 seconds or I’m cut off! I’m stuck with inedible treats and no one to talk to. Pitiful customer service. I won’t be ordering again from here.

I have two dogs. Squirt, a Snorkie, loves it but Boodle, a Bichon Poodle, won't touch it and he is the one that needs it, he'll be 16 in March. I did try breaking it up in his dry food and also covering it in peanut butter. After 3 days he was vomiting and it just did not sit well with his stomach. My neighbor's dog loves it and it has helped his dog. So I think it is a good product you just need to try it for your dog and see if they can tolerate it.

Jan, Thank you for trying Green Gruff. It takes some dogs a few tries to acclimate to the new flavors of the healthy ingredients in our chews. We recommend breaking the chews apart and mixing them into Boodle's food for a few days to help him get used to the new flavors. Then, try feeding them to Boodle on their own. We also recommend covering the chews in peanut butter, or some other safe alternative that Boodle loves, and giving them to Boodle for a few days to help him get used to the flavors, and then offering the chews to Boodle on their own. Okay, my rating is just for how he (the dog) reacted. The shipping was super fast, and well packaged. 5 stars for that. But the dog won't even try them! I don't know why. He just growled when we tried to offer one to him. We tried just leaving one of the chews within his reach without us being around, to see if he'd at least try it. He just wouldn't have anything to do with it. So, the product is probably fine, just not for this particular dog!

Thanks for your feedback CJ. Our recommendation is to keep trying, once they acquire a taste for it they'll be hooked! In rare instances, it could take 5 or 6 chews for them to acquire a taste. If there's anything we can do to put a smile on your face (and your pup's!) please let us know.

Why are there 2 separate websites for your products? Why not put your products all on one site so there isn't any confusion? The website on my black label sample takes me to the silver label website. I spent $85 on the wrong products because I wasn't aware there was another site for the black label. The silver label has done nothing for my dogs!

Hi Tammy - we're sorry about that! We are in fact working on doing a better job of offering the products together. Regulations and how we can advertise make it a challenge but we appreciate the feedback! It does take some time, like all supplements, to see the effects too.
