Great product buy your shipping is horrible. Still waiting. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Won't make it today. Not much hope for tomorrow. Why on earth do you use Amazon shipping? First order arrived in several days. I paid for the shipping. This one is at a week and not here. Shipping was included, Not much help for my bulldog's severe arthritis. Disappointed.

I recently tried the Green Gruff Relax and Calming Dog Treats for my dogs, and I was quite disappointed. Despite the claims of promoting relaxation, I didn't notice any calming effects on my pups. The treats also seemed to be unappealing to the both of them, as they often ignored them. Additionally, the texture was a bit crumbly, making it messy to give them. On top of that, they are quite costly for the quality and effectiveness they supposedly offer. Overall, I expected better results and would not recommend these treats for anyone looking to soothe their anxious dog.

Zero customer service. Have called multiple times and left multiple messages. No one ever answers or returns calls. Ended up having to throw out the product because it expired before I could get through. Still after a year, no one has returned my calls. Horrible company. Will not purchase from them in the future.

I ordered from this company twice with no issue but on the third time, the product never arrived. When I emailed them to track the shipment, they sent a tracking code that showed it was delivered to a locker by the carrier yet I never received a code to open the locker. The product has been sitting in this locker for over three weeks in freezing weather with no way for me to access it. Green Gruff has not been helpful aside from providing the tracking number, no offer to contact the carrier on my behalf, send a refund or replace the product. I expect better customer service with their expensive products, and at the very minimum, a solution to help rectify the issue. I will not be ordering from them again, which is too bad because I was planning to order the $45 product for my dog once a month until this negative experience.

Green gruff is totally lacking in customer service. Contacted the company three separate times, twice via phone at their toll free number. Left a voicemail, third through email. Had a concern on two separate occasions regarding my dog’s behavior on their relax calming hemp product. No response whatsoever. Will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future. Not a good way to do business.

I can't review the product because it never arrived. I can review the company. I ordered this product two weeks ago. I reached out to the company two days ago. They assured me that it is on its way (this seems to be their go-to response). I pointed out that the shipping partner DHLsays it was dropped off the St Louis mail center It's pretty clearly lost in transit. Not impressed.

My dog will eat ANYTHING. She will not eat these! When I opened the jar, the smell was disgusting. $40 in trash.

Very slow delivery. I ordered the same thing from Amazon with free shipping and got it in 2 days. I'm still waiting for my product. I ordered the Amazon product 5 days after I ordered on this. Site.blastvtime I'll use them.
