Love how easy this whole process was.

I sent 2 phones to the company on Tuesday and did have to follow up when I hadn't heard back by Friday, but I spoke with the owner and he was extremely helpful. I did not include the battery with my phone so we did renegotiate the price, but I felt the offer was more than fair. Excellent company to work with. Highly recommended.

Tried to sell my used cell phone to a competitor company of Greenbuyback....they offered online what I thought was reasonable....sent them the phone....they replied they found small scratches (there were none) so they dropped their offer by $20....had them send it back to me. The other company is trying to scam people. Then sent phone to Greenbuyback and they offered what I thought was reasonable....sent them the phone...they said phone was in perfect condition and sent me payment! A win win situation.

Within a couple days of shipping my old phone I was paid for it in my paypal acct, the staff was very helpful with any questions I had

My experience was very positive. They offered a fair price for my laptop and turnaround time for payment was quick. On February 1st I was notified that I would be getting a check and the check arrived on the 6th. It would have been here sooner but a weekend was involved. I highly recommend them.

After accepting their offer on an Ipad Air 2 and a Surface Pro 4, I received my paid packing slip as well as a courtesy email from an actual company rep. who wanted to be sure everything went smoothly. After receiving my items, they sent my payment promptly. The exchange was simple, courteous, and efficient.
