Vincent was amazing! He spent time talking me through options that could work for business. He never pressured me, and he took time to actually understand our business. Not to mention he did great in working to get great offers for us! While the funding will help us- right now we need something that would put us on top of our cash flow. We will definitely revisit Greenbox Capital and Vincent when we need funding!

I was dealing with Isabel Dias and she was amazing. I would STRONGLY encourage small business owners to STAY AWAY from these people , they charge a 4% fee of the amount of the loan to start with , then if your loan is over $100K, they require you to provide your latest tax return , THEN claim that they need to send IRS Form 8821 to verify your the business owner and to verify that the tax return you sent them is valid and you didn't send them a fraudulent tax return - This is where BEWARE, they send you IRS Form 8821 from a third party company Tax Guard- READ WHAT YOU ARE GIVING ACCESS TO !!!! they tried to be sneaky and obtain 10 years of tax records, when we were only told they needed to verify ownership and the tax returns they requested , when they were called out about it , they claimed if the form was changed / altered the IRS would reject it - Of course this is a pure lie , after they knew we had in house legal counsel who actually called the IRS about Form 8821, then they changed the form to just asking for access to the last 3 years (still not what they had told us to begin with) , so we signed that and now today we are told it wasn't the IRS who rejected the form , it was THEIR CLOSING TEAM, so many lies and shady business practices from this place , I agree with a lot of the other 1-star reviews, they only look at you as a profit margin and that is it , if your not careful about reading what they send you , you will get screwed over NEVER ACCEPT something that is different then what a loan company tells you they need, that's the first sign they are shady and to STAY AWAY - FYI IF YOU LEAVE GREENBOX A REVIEW OTHER THEN THE ONE THEY WANT YOU TO LEAVE - THEY WILL REFUSE TO FUND YOUR LOAN - SO I WOULD BE VERY SUSPICIOUS OF ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS AS GOOD CHANCE THEY ARE FALSE !!!!!!!!

To address your comments; a setup fee and tax return are common components with many lenders in our space when funding reaches a certain threshold. We provide this information upfront to business owners who apply with us directly, and partners, to avoid wasted time in applying for a product that may not be a good fit for their business needs.
Regarding the 8821 form, the default form requests 10 years of history. It was following your inquiry when our team member reached out to inquire if we can revise the form, to service you the best we can. There was no malintent, but rather a service-oriented Greenbox Capital representative communicating the standard format of the 8821 form provided by Tax Guard. Tax Guard is an entity separate from Greenbox Capital. Per their terms, Tax Guard will reject altered forms that do not meet their specifications, which you experienced firsthand.
We understand each business is unique and how it is important that business owners clearly understand our process to determine if it’s aligned with their needs. Unfortunately, when working with 3rd parties, some communications can fall through the cracks. We recommend before applying for financing through a third party requesting the lender’s name and reach out directly to ensure you have all the necessary information needed to make an informed decision.
At Greenbox Capital, we believe it is important to conduct business where there is mutual alignment. Unfortunately, in this case, there was not. Per our policy, when funding is not yet final, we retain the right to rescind an offer based on a variety of factors that can influence a funding decision. In this case, this was the right decision for our company.

I had the pleasure in dealing with James S. Right from the start and thru the process,James served me with the upmost satisfaction. I was funded within a day and a half. Also, he pulled strings that I was amazed and went beyond of the amount asking. As well, he told me stuff and added details in the contract that I didn't even know about from earlier funding.
