Hello, We are sorry to hear of your loss. We've been in communication with our Accounting Department and per our notes and recorded calls, you were experiencing financial hardship for a different reason than described above. We requested proof of the situation you were dealing with, for our records, letting you know these documents were necessary to process your request. We received the documents 3 business days after they were requested. Once the documents were received, we immediately put a hold on your payments for 1 week, per your request. If there is some gap in our understanding of your situation, we encourage you to reach out to us for clarification.

We are so proud of our software and the transparency it gives to our funding process. We understand that many other companies in the industry are using an email carrier for their communications and that there may be a learning curve when learning to navigate a new technology.
