Thank you for your feedback. Greenbox Capital uses our proprietary software, The Box, for most all written communications. We are so proud of our software and the transparency it gives to our funding process. We understand that many other companies in the industry are using an email carrier for their communications and that there may be a learning curve when learning to navigate a new technology. We encourage feedback from our Sales Partners as we continue to optimize our software. Please give us a call at 305.952.3200 and we will be happy to hear you out.
