Had a situation where my mother passed and sent several notices/emails to green box to let them know and to temporarily put account pull outs on hold because I wasn’t working for that grievous period and it took 2weeks for them to acknowledge my request even though I had sent the burial info causing a bunch of overdraft penalties and fees with my bank...guess it was a bit of mistrust on their part since I was a new client. Anyway Just to compare, I had an active account w/first merchant funding at the same time and when I sent same request to them about my mother’s passing it took just one day for them to temporarily put their pull outs on hold until they heard back from me to continue..A big difference..

We've been in communication with our Accounting Department and per our notes and recorded calls, you were experiencing financial hardship for a different reason than described above. We requested proof of the situation you were dealing with, for our records, letting you know these documents were necessary to process your request. We received the documents 3 business days after they were requested. Once the documents were received, we immediately put a hold on your payments for 1 week, per your request. If there is some gap in our understanding of your situation, we encourage you to reach out to us for clarification.
