I ordered a pair of glasses almost a month ago, but i haven't even received tracking information till date.

Cheap quality, expensive price, and no official packaging. The package just has “from China” all over it. The Instagram isn’t very legit... I don’t recommend buying from this website, but from an official retailer.

I've placed an order, the tracking number hasn't updated since June 8th (it's now the 17th), and the Instagram has only let me know that it will "update soon". I'm disappointed at the lack of customer service and was really excited about the glasses! Updated: I have received my order, the shipping took 17 days. I didn't know it was out for delivery until the day of due to the system they use, but the glasses are here now! They're very cute and actually great quality. I'd like a little more convenience in the order process because I really do like the product!

This is a scam!!! I orders a pair of glasses and upon doing so, I was encouraged to buy another pair for half off, so I did. Only one pair showed up, and it was the pair I bought for half off. When I spoke to customers service, they told me it was lost in the mail. Did I mention that I could only track the shipment of the second pair? Anyway, customer services told me a new pair, with a functional tracking number would be sent. This was in October of 2918, it is now May of 2019. I am sure by now you have guessed that I have yet to receive the pair that tantalized me into visiting this site in the first place 😢😖

I ordered this for my daughter to use on our a trip last month and she loved them! The sunglasses are the right size for a 11-year-old and the colors are cute and trendy. She especially likes the darker pink ones. My daughter also really liked the case that the glasses came with. The sunglasses were durable and stayed in great shape during our entire 10-day vacation. She still uses them now that we're home. These were a great buy and I'm so glad my daughter loved them!
