They are a scam do not buy from them I went to become an ambassador as I’m looking for one and I knew it was dodgy do not buy from them

Has anyone ever ordered from this company? I think it’s a scam, but I’m not sure. I ordered from them on May 7th 2020 and I have not received my order . I asked for a refund and they said they cannot process refunds for orders that have already shipped. They keep telling me I should have my order in a few days. They say they are based in Los Angles, but the merchandise is coming from China. #itjinkivebeenscammed #somethingdontsmellright Update July 2, 2020 So I finally received my order. It took from May7, 2020 to June 29, 2020 to receive my order and it is 1 pair short. I ordered 5 pair only received 4 pair which was stuffed in one box. I sent a message to inform them one pair was missing. Their reply was to wait 5 to 7 business days. ....so we will see if I get the 5th pair or a refund. But at least I know I wasn’t scammed, just really bad customer service.

My glasses are beautiful, they look great with every outfit, and are super cute

My glasses are very stylish and comfy. The packaging includes a pouch for the glasses and a cloth to clean them with. I’ve worn them most days since they arrived (even on cloudy days). Overall pleased with them

Awful customer service. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them on April 30th and still nothing and it is now nearly July. I have emailed the customer service and they haven't done anything, I have also direct messaged them on Instagram and instead of helping me find my order they offered me an influencer position when all I want to know is where my order is. Not happy at all

I am still waiting for them to arrive. Waiting for almost 2 months, but they are still in China.
