My daughter ordered glasses after successfully applying to be an ambassador. She was sent a generic email confirming she’d been successful (it wasn’t personalised with her name). I wasn’t so keen as we had to search and ask for privacy information we were not offered up front, we were just expected to take our time and fish it out from the website. We received ample response though. It’s been so long since we ordered we had actually forgotten about it until yesterday. I don’t understand this - in Australia we have been receiving packages from the US within a few days of ordering. Why so long? It has been several weeks. If we had forgotten about it then I’m afraid we can’t promote your brand as an ambassador, we keep tracking the order but have no idea where it actually is.
