I had sooo much fun when I was there and the wave pool was amazing and the watersides are amazing.I recommend going a lot

My family and I went to the one in the Poconos and had a fantastic experience!! The food was EXCELLENT, all staff was super motivated to help with any issues. I highly recommend this place!!

We visited the Naples location for our annual family trip with 3 girls, ages 7, 8, and 11. This place is amazing! So many things for the kids to do; no matter their age. The indoor water park is incredible! The "family raft" ride is a blast! Staff and customer service were beyond amazing! I think that was what impressed me the most. Many of the staff are younger, and they were always friendly and helpful. I do think that the bed configurations in the rooms are a bit odd. I did not like sharing a bedroom with my daughter and son-in-law. Food choices during the day (11am to 5pm) were limited to ordering online or from the kiosk. Food was good, but I was surprised there were no hot dogs on the menu, especially with so many kids! Pay attention when deciding to purchase a "wolf pass" that offers unlimited activities. Do the math, especially if you're only there for a day or two. We did the al a carte option for bowling and mini-gulf and purchased the family pack, which included 6 people, and was cheaper than buying six individual passes. Overall, this is an amazing place for families! Highly recommend. Look out for special offers and/or coupons!

I want to personally recognize Elena Nuzzo, Manager of Guest Services at Great Wolf Lodge for delivering one of the most exceptional customer service experiences I have ever received. In a time when genuine hospitality can be difficult to find, Elena stood out in every possible way. From the very first interaction, she demonstrated professionalism, leadership, patience, and an incredible ability to make guests feel valued and taken care of. She handled everything with confidence and efficiency while still maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude that immediately put us at ease. No matter how busy things were, Elena remained calm, attentive, and solution-oriented, going far beyond what would normally be expected from guest services. What impressed me most was her ability to turn a normal visit into a truly memorable experience. She didn’t just “do her job” — she took ownership, anticipated needs before we even had to ask, and made sure every concern was fully resolved with care and urgency. Employees with this level of dedication, emotional intelligence, and leadership are extremely rare. It is clear that Elena is not only an asset to Great Wolf Lodge, but someone who sets the standard for what outstanding hospitality leadership should look like. Based on this experience alone, I genuinely believe she deserves recognition and advancement within the company. The staff was pretty great. We had lost something while there and two managers went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we were taken care of. And of course the kids love it there. Reminds me of a casino but all for kids 😀

My family has stayed at the Fitchburg, MA, location 3 times and each time was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I love how streamlined and smooth the process is. They operate electronically so no cash whatsoever. All parties receive wristbands BUT the parents wristband's link to your room and act as a digital wallet, this way you don’t have to carry your room key, debit card, etc! The water park area has warm temperature and the water temp is just right. We didn’t feel cold at all when wet walking around. My favorites are (1) the Howlin Tornado- a thrilling ride for the family which surely gives you butterflies and is wicked fun and (2) North Hot Springs which is very relaxing, the coolest part is the outdoor adjoining pool. Last years visit it was lightly snowing outside while we were in the hot springs which was just AWESOME! When it’s time to stay dry there’s a cool arcade to play at, stores to visit, and a few small restaurants. Often times the main lobby of the lodge has entertainment for the “little” guests such as story time, music, light refreshments, etc. Dining and playing comes with a price so don’t expect this to be a cheap trip, even if only staying for one night. However, I was able to score half off the price of our room through Groupon which is a good deal (includes: 5 guests, wristbands for all and use of water park that day and next day until it closes). Overall, this is definitely a FUN FOR EVERYONE family trip worth taking!!!

I just want to thank all the staff because while I was there, I lost my glasses in the water and they had someone to go in and look for them and they found them. This is a wonderful place at Mason, Ohio.
