Very hard to get in contact with
Very hard to get in contact with. Just want the rent payment not really helpful. Our water got cut off from lack of communication between old landlord and "new" landlord haven't hear from "great jones" since and they have not answered any calls!

I hate this establishment I would never recommend anyone to live in any houses owned or managed by Great Jones they should be call called horrible Jones

Wish I could give negative stars
If we could give negative stars we would give it a -10 they are a horrible company. They have extremely bad service team. They will not fix any major issues that happened that can cause life-threatening illness.

Hi I loved the house and yard space
Hi I loved the house and yard space, but rental company is no good, because I'm a patient humble minded person, I went almost 3 weeks with out water because of a main break in the line from big tree in yard, and I was forced to pay 400 dollar water bill 2 months In a row almost 800, then rt after that septic stopped up from all the water, then went almost 3 weeks of no flushing ,or shower/ bath, and then roof leaks every time it rains hard, put in a few work orders never fixed that, this is bad, having a horrible experience, this company will leave you hanging, out here...

I have sent in several work orders for the unit and the manager keeps denying them the most important orders, and I've been getting several phone calls from latchel about the work orders and they are not being completed.
