House is very nice but cheaply built
House is very nice but cheaply built, meld requests take awhile but they do respond, fridge and garages door wernt working properly when i moved in and the fridge still doesnt make ice or water but i love the system to pay rent and make requests etc. overall pretty okay

It has always been a pleasant…
It has always been a pleasant experience working with the Agents of Great Jones. All of the agents that I work with are always very friendly and seem to be eager to solve my issue. The reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because there is too frequent a change in the contact agent for any of my issues; and I am never made aware of this beforehand. Overall it is easy to work with the agents. They are quick to reply to my requests and questions and they always follow up promptly.

Great Jones has been managing my duplex…
Great Jones has been managing my duplex in south Florida over two years. They are professional and efficient. I am happy with Great Jones.

good service
good service, but said arrive 8-10 am .. came at about 11: 00 am.. late by about an hour. typical for these subcontract repair services with this rental agency.

I'm very impressed with the technical…
I'm very impressed with the technical side of Great Jones. Everything is streamlined and easy to use. On the owners side, all information is available to you at all times, which I really appreciate. Minor technological glitches have been addressed quickly and satisfactorily by Jose, who provides great customer service. We've experienced somewhat of a rocky start with property manager transitions, but Great Jones management has gone above and beyond to make things right and to provide a positive experience for us.

Only real complaints still no work…
Only real complaints still no work orders been completed place still has bed bugs and y'all made 2 mistakes with my utilities not 1 month but 2 months
