Overall I'm very satisfied with Great Jones service and people. GJ has some room for improvement however and I believe they are working toward improving their service. Pricing is very fair and I've been happy with how they have handled my properties.

I have had some issues with my local property manager and regional manager not providing clear communication about guidelines that are not spelled out in any documents. Having to make constant calls for clarification on what they will and will not do makes it more hands on than I'd wish for it to be. If you just pay the money they ask for upfront and don't ask questions then you should be fine. On the flip side they are good at managing the communication from the tenants so far, and the tenants like the processes they have in place. Also when I have to escalate my concerns to senior management, they are very responsive and willing to help. I just feel I shouldn't have to escalate to get an answer. I would advise to ask a lot of questions up front especially about how they will manage the turn between tenants and any repairs that need to be done to the unit. This is not my first property management company. None of them are perfect. As an out of state landlord I just wish the communication was a bit better.

My situation was much different than most seeing as Great Jones took over in the middle of my lease. Without getting into details, it was definitely rocky road working with GJ to say the least. However, once all was said and done I was very pleased with the outcome. Specifically, I was thrilled to have Jose helping me through it all. Without his help I would not have been able to give such a positive review. Much thanks again to Jose and the team that helped rectify a difficult matter.

I've only been working with great Jones for the past few weeks and I've been renting out the property for only a week but so far it's been pretty good they've been able to answer all my questions as well as make the whole process for moving in and setting everything up fairly easy and simple. when I first moved in I had a couple of problems with maintenance but they were able to quickly resolve them to my satisfaction I would definitely recommend someone using great Jones for renting.

It has been a pleasure to work with GJP, I must mention two people who where of a great help to me Robert and Ali out of Florida. They where of tremendous help in making it possible for me to move into a home. They were attentive and understanding and walk me through the process. They even answered my concerns after work hours by text. So I give GJP the Hulk clap which is great hand clap. Ok, now the only reason I didn't give them five stars is not their fault understandably, getting approval from owner to take care of issues with property has been slow. Other than that great job. Hope to be with you gals and guys for a long time. Thanks again Ali and Robert.

The property representative was on-time and courteous. The issue I requested be assessed was done so in timely and competent manner. I’ve not heard back as to when or if the issues will be resolved which I was informed would happen within 24 hrs of survey.
