The rental website is easy to use and when I have a problem, there is someone here to fix it right away

Have 6 properties with Great Jones. We previously had a manager that over-serviced the properties and our margin was eroding, was not very sophisticated in dealing with leases / agreements, or understanding how to best represent owners with tenants. Great Jones performance is much better on these measures. I spend less time monitoring the integrity of their decisions / less worry overall.

Although our rental property did still have some damage from Hurricane Irma, we were with a different company at that time and since the damage was not major, it was never addressed. Once Great Jones took over-if we had an issue, it was addressed promptly and their employees were always very pleasant.

Good service People are very nice

We worked together for some time to finally find a client, but it was well worth the wait. Great Jones has been quick to respond to our client's needs and we couldn't be happier. Recommend to anyone who wants to feel comfortable in the management of their rental(s).
