Many places want you to be 100% committed and ready to "pull the trigger" right this minute or they make like they are too busy to talk to you. Real estate and renting is very complicated. Information is key. I am only in the information gathering phase right now. Even so, Drew responded to me right away and was very forthcoming with clear answers. I found an apartment through GJPM and I really appreciated their prompt responses to my inquiries and the speed at which I could go through this process of getting an apartment. Most of our communication was over the phone and online which I'm rather savvy at so it was easy as pie. I'll update my review at the end of the year! Thank you!!
