Hard to get a straight answer from anyone over the phone.

I don’t understand their reluctance to actually do their job & SHOW a property. I’m sitting outside a garden st, Clearwater rental & I truly believe its the place for me but Kyle hung up on me when I called to see it/get the code. I registered, took pictures of myself & my license, entered my credit card but I’m just not willing to pay $$ for a code to see if I like a rental property. And nobody else has made me pay to get a code. I wonder if the owner knows that people want to see & potentially rent their property but these guys won’t send someone to meet me or give me the lockbox code. I’m sitting at the property & *rly* like it. And to be hung up on when I said I wasn’t paying $$ to get a code? Come on... use your words. Do better. Try to communicate. It’s called being professional. Which this agency doesn’t appear to be. Sadly for the property owner of 803 Garden.

Happy with the house in general. A couple issues with bugs upon move in. And we have a leak that we made them aware of over a week ago and it has yet to be rectified. The amount of things they make you responsible for is also kind of ridiculous when you don’t own the property. Changing my rating to 1 star, none if I could. This is a poor excuse for a management company, as it’s taken an incredible amount of time to repair something that was clearly an issue before we took over the residence. They lack communication between departments, which just leads to nothing happening until you pester them enough. Charlie, he regional manager of the area, is one of the most insincere, unethical individuals I’ve ever come in to contact with. He will take back things he previously said, so make sure you record every conversation you have with anybody. Also, expect it to take weeks to get a simple answer, as they do not make callbacks until you’ve reached out a half dozen times. We should’ve rethought going with a Great Jones property when they gave glimpses of this poor communication initially when we sent our applications through. We will most definitely be looking elsewhere in the future. I do not recommend Great Jones.

We have been renting this house for four years never misses a payment and then kick us out for no reason! Now we are homeless!!

As a property owner, my experience has been disappointing. In the beginning their communication was timely ,but not anymore. Once my property was available for rental, that is when Great Jones became incompetent. 1)-Repairs Great Jones requested were not made until I called to inquire why my property was not listed on any sites for rent as it had been 3 weeks since my check was cashed, The issue was the accounting department never informed the maintenance department of my payment. The problem, was eventually resolved by Great Jones. 2)I recently discovered $575.00 in maintenance fees I never approved. 3) My contract did not allow for pets but someone signed by name approving a pet. I was never contacted. 4) Every month thus far, I have found accounting errors. As a warning, my emails and voicemails are either not responded to or not acknowledged in a timely manner, It has been very frustrating experience.

Awful! I hate giving them one star, I wish I could give them negative 10. I couldn't say how many things went wrong with this company. Essentially they barely worked until the 3 month contract, when the guarantee to reimburse you for management fees ended, and then they didn't work at all for a month until I fired them on September 30th. It took them 3 days to respond to that and I had to threaten them with the Better Business Bureau before I got a response. I still have not been paid for October and have received none of deposits that are left. I've tried everything to try and work things out. The pay seems all messed up. Each month the pay has been much lower than rents, they don't usually return calls or emails within 3 days or sometimes never. If you have new properties to add they don't care. I asked them for 3 weeks to do something about my new properties and they did nothing. So I had to advertise, take applications and rent them and they still wanted me to pay them management fees for that month. To make it even worse they blamed me for interrupting them in front of some other owner because I called during their meeting. How was I supposed to know what they were doing? I had called 3 days previous with no returned call so I was just following up. There was always excuses, blaming other people including myself. No taking responsibility for the problems, almost no communication, and confusing who to talk to. My tenants were constantly calling me complaining about they couldn't reach them, charged late fees when they didn't know who to pay due to unreturned calls, and many other complaints. Great Jones, especially Justin, would snidely apologize but who needs apologies when you hire somebody to do a job, not only did I have to do the job myself which Justin told me "if you wanted it done on your timeline you'll have to do it yourself because I am too busy in Indianapolis", I had to work harder and more hours than when I managed the properties myself because of the time of trying to reach them over and over, tenants calling mad and finally having to pay them on top of it. Horrible!!

Need to have other better ways to pay a bill if y’all decide to lock my online account so I can’t pay my bill I work so muck I don’t have time to make it to these stores before they close or to the post office I do everything online or at midnight

take to over 60 days to get what they owe you.they now claim it has been only to weeks.but regional manager told account would be close over 2 month ago.
