No water in our house I had to turn off because of broken hose bid. Was told fix it yourself or wait untill tommorow. Single dad with two daughters now no bath or laundry for us. Guess I'll just get take out and fill the toilet with gallon jugs. Edit: This is correct I was just having a bad day and took it out on Great Jones people. I appreciate the fact that it was quickly fixed.

With any issues that happen outside of normal business hours, you can expect someone on our 24-hour line to help you resolve the issue on the phone to keep everything as safe and functional as possible until we can dispatch a vendor. We unfortunately couldn't request an emergency vendor with the leak being stopped by the main shut-off, and we should have done a better job setting that expectation on the call.
