Ever since we received your review, we've been keeping a close eye on the requests you've submitted or emails you've sent to ensure that we get back to you in both a prompt and sufficient manner. In the case that you're not able to reach us via phone, emailing [email protected] will be the fastest way to automatically create a support ticket. Once this ticket has been created, someone should get back to you very shortly so that you don't have to wait a couple of days. Although we can't change how you felt about Great Jones so far, we hope that from here on out you are able to experience the Great Jones that we pride ourselves in being. Thanks for your feedback. Hi Kimberly, Thanks for taking the time to post your review. We're disappointed to hear that you haven't had a positive experience. That being said, Great Jones was not scheduled to take over the management of the home until 1/1/20. We went through with the onboarding and notice of change in management throughout December to proactively transition as smoothly as possible, but anything pertinent to management would have still been under GM Realty at the time of your review. This is why GM Realty must have reached out to you to remove the review, as they were still managing your property at that time. Our support team reached out to GM Realty to make sure that they personally reached out to you and we hope that you'll be able to experience the standard of excellence that we strive for though this transition to Great Jones.
