Wow! Where do I start with this amazing company? Obviously Great! They were genuine, reliable, efficient, attentive and timely are just a few words to explain the service I received with the Great Jones team. From the very beginning Robert was amazing with working my application and processing a quick approval. He was very professional, very courteous, and very honest about the process. Then I was introduced to Ali my Move in specialist who made everything a breeze. She was prompt with getting me all the documents needed to process a quick move in. My Walkthrough specialist, Clearance was super cool and also very professional. He addressed any & all issues/questions beforehand in a timely manner. I ran into a problem where the HOA was upholding my application which delayed my move in but let me tell you the great Jones team did everything they could, even working after hours communicating with me with the attempts of getting the process completed. Terry the Property manager took the time out of his busy day to go meet directly with the HOA manager in person to get to bottom of the delay situation. When I tell you this company is five stars believe me, they keep their word. They are honest professionals and truly fair to everyone and most importantly they all work together as a team to meet the common goal. They find great tenants for great owners. I am so glad I chose the Great Jones Company with helping me find my home. Thank you Great Jones! You are "Great" in every sense of the word.

Property Management just doesn't get any better. Period. For the last two years Great Jones has been my Tylenol. Very much unlike my previous property managers, Great Jones has provided me with great tenants, my rent is paid on time, and maintenance issues are handled quickly and the cost effectively. It has been exciting to watch this company grow due to their huge success. Congratulations to everyone on the Great Jones team!

The maintenance department or property manager is Awesome Dennis is a very hard worker. Did exactly what he said he would and we are up and running. 😁👍

The team at Great Jones was very helpful throughout the whole process. We had some issues with the house when we first got the keys but they were resolved in a reasonable time.
