Ali is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
Ali is the best, most helpful, committed person I have ever spoken with on the phone and more helpful than anyone I've ever met in person. She helped us in a way that is nearly indescribable. We had an issue where the store sent our payment on our FIRST PLACE EVER to the wrong location, and Ali stayed AFTER HOURS to help us out. She even gave us her personal number so she can continue to assist us after hours. Didn't matter when we called, Ali was there to help every single time! She went through the effort of talking with the stubborn Walmart manager and other people just to help us out. I've never been happier with my service through anyone. Great Jones is obviously the best property management business out there. I wish there were more words in the English language to describe how appreciative I am. If I ever have to call back regarding ANYTHING, I'm definitely calling for Ali. She deserves a raise, a promotion, and a bonus all on one. I've never felt more comfortable speaking with anyone about Walmart almost losing me $1900. She was able to assure us we would get this all taken care of and saved us tons of stress. Ali if we ever meet, I'm giving you a bouquet of flowers and a big hug for being an amazing person.
