Great Jones Property ManagementReviews of greatjones.co

I cannot be more pleased with my experience in inquiring of a property for rent. I was helped with all details and questions I had, Ms. Quinn was so friendly and I look forward to hopefully renting a new home for my daughter and I here soon! Thank you soo much for such amazing hospitality and kindness. Such a pleasure and is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Ashley

Michael was amazing from start to finish. He reached out to me and followed up with me. He made me feel like a person and not just another application. This was all new and scary for me, but he made it a little easier and less scary. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! He had great people skills, and he was polite and respectful the entire time. He went above and beyond to get me approved for this application. I cannot thank him enough!

He really tried to help me as much as possible i appreciate that

A relatively young property management company who brings a fresh outlook on a tired industry. It's a tough business, but Great Jones treats us, the owner, and our tenants like they really care. They are big enough to diversify tasks into appropriate teams, but small enough to listen to all our concerns and make the necessary adjustments to accommodate our needs. They are always looking for ways to improve their systems and services and a lot of great changes have occurred in just the last 12 months alone. Our local property manager Justin has played a key role in our satisfaction with Great Jones. Exactly what we want in a property manager!

This was absolutely awesome. Michael made this whole process a breeze. He was vwry professional, helpful, informative, thorough, and so upbeat. I loved his attitude and he was always available almost immediately, ready to answer any and every question I had. I will most definitely be using this company in the future as much as I can!

Awesome! Mr. Pascarella took care of my family with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and care. I would definitely recommend Mr. Pascarella and the Great Jones team for any and all your property and residential needs.

When I did not get much response from the team in the past two weeks, I got worried. I didn't have much luck with the central line, however today I called the line meant for Southwest Florida and was able to speak to my property manager Alex. He patiently heard me and explained what is going on. Considering the Covid situation their hands are tied in many ways. For example the refrigerator that we ordered direct from GE is not available as GE could not deliver. The team is working from home and like everyone else members are battling with home based internet connections etc. Now that I spoke to Alex, felt better and can empathize with what the support team is going through. Hope this update helps others.

Please note: will write a review each and every single time I have any interaction with any rental company, and will keep track of Everything said.. Today, as so many of us are feeling frustrated with getting anybody on the phone, I actually had the pleasure of speaking with someone on the phone as we transition from one rental company to another in the same house. She was very personable and assisted me with some concerns, as I wanted to be sure a new rental company had access to information that may not have been provided to them. She was nice and upbeat! She seemed to get nobody likes a “ Debbie Downer that won’t answer your calls”.
