Absolutely disgusting service, no respect to people starting from coat check in(((...when huge line with only one person at the bar. You guys disrespectful to Toronto people. My friends and me were disappointed. Don't go there, not worth your money guys ar all((((

After waiting almost 2 hours in lines between getting in, coat check (40 min) and the drink line, our group left before even getting our first drink. Many people left just like we did because it was just underwhelming in terms of entertainment and disappointing. Under staff, disorganized and over priced. I would not go for free next year

The worst experience ever! Was advertised as a glam party with canapés and dancing all night. Instead we got very rude staff, limited space and lack of tables for guests, hot dogs served on paper napkins, no dancing allowed but super loud dancing music, drinks in plastic cups, a show girl spitting fire around people in this confined space.. we could not wait to get out. Had absolutely nothing to do with Gatsby theme whatsoever. Please do not waste your time on this boat.

I had a birthday party and decided to take part in their Great Gatsby Boat Party event on Feb 12, I really wanted a dance party so I did ask these guys beforehand to reschedule if the dancing restrictions was in place, they never replied to that question, because obviously they didn't want to lose the booking, even though they did reply to other questions. Never mind, their website states "DUST OFF THOSE DANCING SHOES", so I thought they just missed it. Turns out dancing wasn't allowed at all! And to top it off they were very rude and condescending on board. If you want to just sit on a boat, take a ferry, cheaper and ferry staff is a lot friendlier too!

At the time of your booking and event, we were operating under government-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, including enforced limitations on dancing. These were not within our control, and we had a responsibility to comply with those public health orders. We sent out multiple communications prior to the event and made announcements on the night to inform guests of these restrictions. While we understand that you were hoping for a dance party, we were very transparent about the nature of the restrictions at the time. Our intention was never to mislead. Our team responded to your other queries in good faith, and if we missed one, we do apologise however, our communication around the event format and restrictions was consistent and clear to all attendees. It’s also important to address that your behaviour toward our staff on the night was not acceptable. We expect all guests to treat our crew with basic courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, that standard was not upheld in this case. Following the event, we’ve observed a coordinated effort by yourself and others in your party to leave negative reviews online, which we feel is unfair and damaging especially given the effort our team makes to deliver a safe, quality experience under difficult and ever-changing conditions. We value honest feedback and are always open to constructive criticism, but we do ask that it’s delivered respectfully and factually.
