I have been with Great Basin Federal credit Union for years. I have always been impressed by their customer service, and professionalism. I have never had a bad experience. I feel valued as a member and that’s saying something.

GBFCU made it easy for us to get the needed loan . . . customer first attitude and process.

Are usually do not have to wait very long to talk to someone. And when I do they’re always incredibly helpful the staff go out of their way to make it a positive pleasant experience for me. I’ve been banking with great basin for 20 or 30 years.

Well,no bad words from me.I do know people who have had bad experiences with you guys....but,with me,y'all have always been just fine,so excellent that I pity the people who only deal with 'banks'---may our dealings always be fortuitous. Vincent Duff

I have been a customer with Great Basin FCU for many years. My kids have savings accounts too. My experience with GB has been a personalized one. By that I mean whenever I do business such as buying or refinancing a vehicle, GB does not come at me with a blanket approach like the national banks do. I feel like I get loan terms based on my individual circumstances. I have not had a bad experience with GB. If there was one thing that is left to be desired, it is not having a drive-through ATM in the Spanish Springs area. Even that is not the end of the world because there are partner credit unions in the area which have fee-free ATM services.

This the easiest bank to handle my financial needs. Courteous staff and excellent on line abilities.

Always great service online and in branch.
