I've tried the others and GBFCU is THE BEST!
Having banked at many of the big name banks as well as other credit unions over my lifetime, I have had the opportunity to compare. That said, GBFCU is hands-down THE BEST! It starts with the atmosphere at the branch offices where the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. In additional, there is such a willingness to help from everyone I've ever encountered--they just make everything easy. I like the products that GBFCU offers and the rates are comparable or better to other financial institutions. Considering all my transactions and interactions at GBFCU over the years, I can honestly say that I have complete confidence in GBFCU and it's staff!

Y’all are wonderful
Y’all are wonderful. Once you let me pay my loan payment in Bitcoin it’ll be amazing. You better have an IT department researching Blockchain or all banks with people will be outa work in ten years! Prepare for the future cuz finance is about to change and it’s so exciting!! Thank you for being amazing.

You're the best!
As usual, Gerardina and the staff at the Credit Union continue to look out for the best interests of their clients. Gerardina especially is one of the most professional and accomplished financial people I've ever known. It's been a great pleasure to be a part of the Great Basin Federal Credit Union, as my family has been for more than three decades.

I am very happy with Great Basin FCU
I am very happy with Great Basin FCU. I've been banking with them for over 10 years and they have always been great and constantly looking for improvement. Easy to deal with for the most part, friendly and eager staff to help. No nonsense fees and unfair penalties. My wife and I are definitely planning on staying for a long time.

Excellent Credit Union
Very professional, good customer care. Local, personal attention. Ethical. Lower fees than the banks who I would rather not support post 2008. I have used other local credit unions had negative experiences that reminded me of some of the banks I had used in the past, but Great Basin has always delivered.
