Best banking experience ever!
Best banking experience ever! Employees are kind and helpful. Loan process is painless. Online app is easy. Would like to see higher savings rates and online access to statements.

Always have had superior service as soon as we walk in. I love Great Basin. Very knowledgeable and processing a loan is pretty smooth sailing.

Mobile phone app easy to use
I think the mobile app on my phone is much easier to use than before. I like to move money around in my accounts and it is easy to do. Im on my third year of doing the Christmas club and its great to watch it grow and then get all my money on Nov 1st. About the only thing Im not happy with is monthly pension always coming the first business day after the weekend or holiday. This year I didnt get paid until Jan 4th because the 1st fell on a Friday. Other banks pay you on the day before.

Excellent across the board
I’ve been a GBFCU member for over a decade, but never utilized any services other than a checking account. When I applied and was approved for an auto loan and Visa card, I seriously wondered why I had not done so sooner. The responsiveness and service I received from my loan officer, Jenna Strobel, and the other GBFCU folks was nothing short of excellent. The only regret I have is not utilizing more GBFCU services sooner.

I've been a member for about 5 years…
I've been a member for about 5 years now and have had a great experience with GB FCU. I'm so glad I left the big bank chains and found a community bank with such incredible service and benefits. Thank you Great Basin and to all your fantastic employees.
