Why don't you handle small business…
Why don't you handle small business accounts? Instead you sent me to Greater Nevada Credit union... does not make sense to me.

Creating a joint account wasn't as easy…
Creating a joint account wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. That is why I only gave 4 stars. We repeatedly had to sign the same paperwork to be able to see our joint account on our own user logins. Then I had to sign more paperwork when I wanted to do online payments with our joint account. Not sure what happened but it was a pain and took over a month to get everything sorted out.

It was my frirst payday loan
It was my frirst payday loan, so I was choosing the company cautiously. They are very friendly and willing to help, the terms are quite transparent and the requirements are easy to meet. The loan arrived to me really fast and it helped me a lot, but why, why does it cost so much??? (that is why I can't give you 5 stars...)

Automatic Payments
I like almost everything about Great Basin except the original setup of my automatic car payment. I thought that since I set everything up online as per instructions everything was good. But apparently not, I had to call customer service to find out why my payment had not been debited. They took care of it for me, apparently, I didn't understand the instructions completely. Or, they weren't clear, which I feel they weren't.

I love the CU
I love the CU, but I feel that there are always different people in the office when I go. Oh and by the way, the new debit card, AWFUL! I cannot read the numbers because they are black on a dark background. Please fix this!
