Hi Connor, We take feedback seriously, but your review misrepresents the facts. On November 21st, you requested a refund, and we responded the same day, confirming it would be processed within 48 hours. By November 23rd, your $100 deposit was refunded in full, well within the expedited timeframe we committed to—far faster than the industry standard of 10-14 days. On November 24th, we received a message from you demanding payment to remove this review. This is a clear case of extortion, and it has become evident that your intent was to harm our business and leverage that for personal gain. We do not condone nor will we participate in such behavior. Our deposit policy is a standard practice to gauge commitment for second meetings and is fully refundable, as demonstrated here. Your claims are not an accurate reflection of our business or values, and we stand by the professionalism and integrity of our team. Every review on our page has been written by a student of ours. Also trustpilot would have removed your "fake" reviews. We have not received any since your first negative review so this is a lie. Sincerely, The Graystone Team
