They paused my account after reaching the first few goals on a game. I got it verified that I was actually playing, my account was reactivated and I continued. Once I hit the next goals I noticed they said I missed them, I contacted support and showed them gameplay but they want a video of me showing my app time as well, which I dont have turned on and VERIFIED I didn’t need on previously when undergoing the review. So not only did they not give me the money for completing the goals I had just achieved, THEY TOOK WHAT WAS ALREADY IN MY WALLET! These guys are complete scammers, if they get suspicious every time someone completes a goal, theres an issue. But taking away money they had already verified was earned? Thats just wild.

Download a game start playing.. app askes if the ' install is complete '.. well ya! I'm playing the game.... Not even hit payout yet after 4 days of play.. waste of time seriously.

I been trying o cashout my rewards and my account has been paused and no one ever replies to my messages when I try to contact them. It's been weeks.

I wish my experience with this app was positive like most seem to be But honestly I feel ignored and blown off by snarky personnel in my attempts to resolve on simple issue of non payment. Ive provided details, documents, and proof of purchase for the past week and have yet to receive any reply that could possibly be confused as helpful, yet I continue to receive emails informing me that the issue that has not even been addressed properly on their end has been resolved. Such a disappointment and aggravation.

So when I first started using gravy pass it by far superseded the rest of these side hustle apps and games out there but now they make me wait pause every redemption I try to get and bring up a game from a month ago saying that I need to sentence receipts and screenshots of it which they make me do on every game now and even though they have said that it's been cleared and that I don't have to send them anymore they continue to ask for that on every single redemption that I do even though I you send them their own emails showing proof that it's been done they refuse to fix this and correct this problem I do not recommend them I will give you stress I feel like I'm being discriminated against.

Good so far, received my first payment n enjoyed free meal on door dash. Excited to continue and see how things go.

I have redeemed multiple times and now all of a sudden I have a temporary hold until about a week later. I spent my own money with no problem and even redeemed $52 a couple hours before and now I can't because they say it's something suspicious with my frequent earnings when they are just that easy. I'm frustrated beyond my limits

Terrible experience at first I won money and everything was incredible until later they stole money from my bank account but the one who had played winning does not have a number to call costumer service. PLEASE DON'T PLAY THE GAME UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUN OUT OF MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT
