Started out okay, my $points were increasing as I completed the tasks in the different game apps. Had one for $15 that wasn't showing as complete and when I requested support for it they went in and reversed all of my previous achievements. So basically your good as long as you don't expect to get any of the $points for the high-paying tasks. Ask questions and they'll take everything. Also, have never had any communication regarding my support request other than everything being reversed. Have now deleted this and urge others to go in with eyes wide open. Maybe look at other apps with a similar premise. Terrible customer service, you don't actually get what they say, and it's sketchy. Oh and the $ amount would change before you do the task and then once you've completed it and go back into the Gravy Pass site it would show a lower amount. Literally within minutes.

Oh I’m apparently earning but….. I have 6 passes in my wallet in dollars and need to earn a further £3+ in each to be able to cash them. Two have gone into review and have been like that for weeks. Not sure how folks are getting their money as you can’t combine passes to make one amount. Hmmm really not sure about this as it doesn’t seem to be consistent (UK user).

Download a game start playing.. app askes if the ' install is complete '.. well ya! I'm playing the game.... Not even hit payout yet after 4 days of play.. waste of time seriously.

I was able to redeem around $1700. BUT now when I try go start a new offer it says my account is under review. I’ve sent multiple emails and no one answers - so I went on my friends phone and sent an email and they answered him. Multiple times. He doesn’t even have an account. I don’t know why they’re dodging me but it’s so unprofessional.

I was playing for only a few weeks and did actually get paid quite a bit which is why I trusted it to spend $100 on an in game purchase. Suddenly my account was flagged for review, gave them screenshots of game play and purchase receipt for them to tell me my account is flagged there's nothing they can do. My advice is absolutely play the games but DO NOT make in game purchases for tasks. I got paid for 3 smaller purchases but not the big one and now they owe me $148 and won't even let me play the games anymore

My issue that I have is customer service is extremely slow. Secondly I have missed 3 rewards and about to miss four rewards, because after passing my level it takes about a week to receive my credit for passing my levels. Plus a lot of the games do not work. What I do like about gravy pass is when I do cashout the money is instantly put into my account. I have switched to another site where you play games and once you pass your levels you get a instant notification and credit. All the games I am playing work. Cashout is fast. Also with gravy pass I have sunt proof that I passed my levels ahead of time and once again took forever for them to respond and they stated I did not show proof. I have dates and times from screen shots. So they are coming off kinda dishonest. I get it's free money,but we play to get paid. I truly feel they need to monitor our progress better like the other site I'm using. So I'm leaving gravy pass behind. Just being honest they need to improve the site and respond faster.
