Great customer service! So helpful!

Gratsi is by far my favorite red wine, and my friend loves the Rose. This is such quality wine that its hard to believe its sugar free and low carb. Nothing beats guilt-free drinking after a long week of work. The customer service is also impeccable, with speedy responses from actual reps rather than automated messages. They even honor replacements on damaged packaging.

Been using Gratsi for several months. Order mostly red but white is just as good. Nice to have delivered free to your front door. Spent several years in Italy and it’s definitely equivalent to Italian wines.

I had my credit card hacked but didn't have the new card in time for my order to process. I went on line and wasn't sure if my changes had been put in and my new order was processed. I sent an inquiry in last night and when I checked my email this morning, I had the answer and everything was taken care of and I'm looking forward to receiving my order shortly.

Good Customer Service

I just wanted to leave a review not for the wine but for the company. I ordered the sampler box and just did not like the wine, it was way too sour for me. Without even asking for a refund they got in touch with me and told me a full refund would be credited back to my card. I find it very refreshing in today’s world to find a company that goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Gratsi as a company. Thanks for rebuilding my confidence in shopping.
