I had an issue with my product and got a response via email literally 2 minutes after I submitted my issue. Not only were they kind and knowledgable, but they offered to replace my product at no cost to me. It's rare to have such efficient – and human! – customer service. And the wine tastes excellent. I've tried some of their competitors (organic, low/no sugar, high quality wine) and at first taste, Gratsi is first place for me. Complex flavor, big body, and cute branding with low sugar.

I tried the wines, but they didn't suit my tastes. Gratsi was super fast is acknowledging my request to return and customer service was fantastic. Im sad the wines didn't work for me but im sure many will love their wines! Thank you Gratsi

I screwed up my shipping address and I emailed them. They immediately fixed it. They sent me an email confirming the correct shipping address. They are absolutely amazing and they have the best wine ever I highly recommend them.

Joymela, the support agent was very efficient and reacted to my request for cancellation with immidiate effect. This proves to me that Gratsi stands behind their business practices and makes shopping for products on their website without any problems being caused.

Very nice people. When I didn't get my glasses, they were on the case right away, no waiting, and of course, the wine is good, and "YES," I feel great in the morning with a lot of energy, not terrible and loaded down. I have tried to find 0 sugar wines, but can't out here in Ga.so I guess this will be my wine store now. thanks.
