I had opened one of my boxes of wine and noticed it didn't taste right, vinegary and I just couldn't make myself drink it. The weather has been super hot so I think that is why it spoiled. After thinking about it, I decided to reach out to Gratsi and tell them to see if they could offer some refund or something. They went over and beyond to please me and have me another order on the way. I really appreciate their attention to my concern. I was happy they believed me!

We’ve been ordering from Gratsi for quite some time and really happy with the quality of wine and customer service.

I bought the sampler box since Grasi was new to me. I took it to share with a girlfriend on a short weekend trip. We chilled all three since it's still fairly warm here. We both really enjoyed the red (light, dry but rounded) and we're quite pleased with the rose. I was afraid it might be too sweet, but it was dry, crisp and fresh. We didn't dislike the white, but will probably stick with the other two as well as trying out the rose bubbly. It is great to have a well made sugar free wine!

I’ve never had such responsive and quick customer service! The wine is excellent, and is of the highest quality. I’ve tried the rose, the red and the white, and although the prior two almost always leave me with a headache, I didn’t experience that with Gratsi. I highly recommend their subscription option. Great company. Thank you so much!
