Great customer service

I have been extremely satisfied with the quality and taste of my Gratis wine! I especially love the fact that it is organic and does not contain the typical additives in most of our domestic wine. My recent shipment arrived with a damages box and spilled wine. I was so impressed with the immediate response I received from customer service. My email was addressed right away and even though it was no fault of Gratsi, they have done a replacement order and it will be on its way. I was in sales for 44 years and customer service is key. I am grateful for the excellent service and communication I received. It's service like this that makes me more loyal to this brand. Thank you Gratsi!

I love Gratsi wine- the red, white, and rose are all great! Customer service is amazing, I have been a Gratsi customer for over a year and had one issue with one my boxes having an old vinegar taste to it and they right away sent me another replacement. Another time I received my boxes in a taped up mess and all of the wine was destroyed, this obviously was not Gratsi’s fault but the shipping company, but Gratsi replaced my whole order efficiently and fast! Thank you!!
