I was waiting for my delivery, and I was told that there was going to be a delay. But I wasn’t expecting it to be this long. I reached out to customer support and was thankful for their prompt response. By reassuring me about the delay being longer than expected, and that my order was still coming soothe my soul. Thank you for responding so quickly. I appreciate your help.

Well, I was disappointed initially about there being no phone number to call and no reply to my email about a delayed order that has no UPS number because the wine was being restocked I think for 6 days. I ended up cancelling that order because it was for an event and I had to buy the wine elsewhere. I did, however, have a great customer care professional named Peter, who prepared an invoice for a smaller order/different price and processed a refund for the big cancelled order. He did it carefully and courteously and I look forward to better communication and hopefully much faster delivery of this new order. 😊 EPD

I really enjoy Gratsi wine and the taste. However, I’m trying to lose weight. I quit drinking it for a while and started losing weight but I didn’t think it was the wine but as soon as I started drinking it again, the weight started to come back on.

I ordered the Date Night kit as a gift and the recipient was very pleased with the quality of everything! One item was broken in shipping and Gratsi made it right immediately! Great products and wonderful customer service—who could ask for more? 🙂
