Delivered faster than expected
Delivered faster than expected, had it delivered to an UPS store down the road so it was easy to pick up, love the taste of the Red Merlot. Plan on ordering one for my next door neighbor who's helped us out quite a bit.

Thank you so much for the 5 stars! We love hearing that your order arrived faster than expected and that having it delivered to your local UPS store made pickup easy. And we're especially excited to hear you’re enjoying our Red Blend, it’s our #1 best seller for a reason. 🍷 We also have to say… gifting a box to a neighbor who’s been there for you feels very Gratsi. Good wine and good people just belong together. We hope you both get the chance to slow down, pour a glass, and enjoy it. Cheers and thanks for being part of the Gratsi family!

Wow, thank you so much for the kind words and for the 5 stars! Hearing that both our team and our wine have made such a great impression truly means a lot to us. Mistakes happen (we’re all human!), so we’re always happy to step in, help out, and make things as easy as possible. Knowing you felt supported and taken care of is exactly the experience we hope to create. And hearing that the wine is fantastic? That’s the cherry on top. 🍷 Thanks for being part of the Gratsi family and for letting us be a small part of your moments worth slowing down for.
