Customer service (Elaine) was very responsive and helpful as they quickly resolved a shipping issue I had. It was easily one of the easiest/best customer service experiences I've had recently.

We’ve been ordering from Gratsi for about six months or so and I tell you honestly, it is so much better than barefoot wine or any other box wine that we have ever purchased from retailers. It taste like real wine! That might sound weird, but a lot of wine out there, taste like sugar and salt and sulfate and give headaches. Gratsi wine doesn’t give you any type of ill feelings while drinking or afterwards. It truly is a great wine, especially for the price of the subscription. And not to mention all the free gifts that you get! Come on man you’re making it too easy lol! Truly Recommend It!
