Terrible Customer Service
Getting to speak with a human is impossible. It's all automated crap. From trying to find my missing order, to eventually cancelling. Terrible customer service.

Not a very good/intuitive website. Good wine but frustration with ordering and time it takes to fulfill order is way too long. 2nd time out of 3 with delay in order and shipping. I submitted this order Friday 6/12 Morning. As of Tuesday 6/16, afternoon still has not shipped.

I originally contacted Customer Service that they had my wrong street number my street correct address is 216 Eastwood Avenue Customer Service rep assured me that the old number the wrong number that they put down 222 would be removed and I would be delivered my wine to the correct address alas it did not happen and it got sent to my next-door neighbor. I was not a happy camper.

Why did I even considered giving this compnay another chance? I ordered two boxes of wine, never received it. Contacted UPS who did not take a picture and the signature is not me (or anyone who lives here or in the neighborhood). Contacted Gratsi and spent 25 minutes on a chat only for them to inform me to contact UPS. I have screen shots to show the communication as well. Never again! I have already shared my negative experiences with this company and will continue. Meanwhile, organic no sugar or additive wine companies are a dime a dozen, plenty of competition; they’ll lose.

We’re sorry to hear this experience left you feeling frustrated. After reviewing your interactions with our team, we do want to provide some additional context for clarity. When you reached out regarding your delivery, our team immediately began investigating with the carrier once we saw the package showed as delivered with signature confirmation at the address provided. During the chat, we let you know we were actively looking into it and asked for a few minutes while we reviewed the shipment details. While we understand waiting can feel frustrating when an order is missing, the interaction itself was much shorter than described. Because the package reflected as delivered, we initially followed our standard process and asked for a brief window to allow for possible delivery discrepancies. We also made it clear that if the package still could not be located, we would make it right. Once you informed us the package had still not turned up, we acted immediately by processing a replacement order. Our goal has always been to help resolve situations like this as quickly and fairly as possible. We completely understand that delivery issues can create a disappointing experience, and while we're sorry to lose your trust, we do want readers to know we stood behind your order and worked to resolve the matter.

Very vague answer, if I order on Thursday, you should be working with UPS to get a a delivery date ( at least the day of the week), since I need to be home to sign for this, I need at least the day it will arrive based on when I ordered!

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand the frustration here. Since an adult signature is federally required for wine deliveries, knowing when to expect your package is important, and we know needing to plan around being home can be inconvenient. While we wish we could provide exact delivery dates at checkout, shipping timelines can vary based on carrier routing and processing, so we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee specific delivery dates in advance. Most orders are delivered within approximately 3 business days after shipping, and once your order is processed, tracking information is generated within 24 hours with an estimated delivery date provided by the carrier. Since The adult signature requirement is a federally mandated policy for alcohol shipments, it’s not something we’re able to bypass. To help make things easier, we do offer free delivery and pickup to UPS Access Point locations, as listed on website. This allows you to pick up your wine on your own schedule rather than waiting at home. Many pickup locations offer extended hours and are often open seven days a week, and packages are held for up to five business days after delivery. We appreciate you sharing this feedback as we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience and set clearer expectations for our customers. Cheers!

My shipments were damaged and never arrived. TWICE. Both times I had to contact Gratsi. Horrible customer service.

The wine is great but don’t expect to receive it anytime soon.
