Excellent company, excellent customer service and most importantly excellent wine!

Besides loving the Gratsi wines, their customer service is phenomenal! I received my delivery today, there was an issue with it and my email was responded to within minutes of sending it and the issue immediately resolved. It doesn’t get better than that! I look forward to a long, continued relationship.

First off, this wine is absolutely delicious!! I had a delivery issue (totally my fault!) and they had UPS hold it for me to pick up when I got home and offered to pay the holding fees, which I will not accept as it was my fault! Their Customer Service is outstanding, their product is fantastic and shipping is fast! You MUST try this wine!

Customer service is amazing!! Needed to change my subscription delivery date and they made it very easy!! The wine is amazing! The red wine better when served a little chilled rather than at room temp. I have the subscription and it great.
