Mark, my adjuster, listened to me and was patient about helping me resolve my claim. We have had Grange Insurance/Integrity for many years and have always felt we receive excellent service.

Very smooth and quick process with clear instructions on what was required to get my claim moving and finalized. Very happy with the experience. Mark was very easy to work with and responded quickly.

Gary was awesome! He was professional, knew what he was talking about and made it very easy for me to understand. He is the best!!!

My agent's name was stephanie and she was phenomenal from beginning to end. To file the claim was very easy online and she reached out the same day or a day later. There was always a sense of urgency, what was needed from me was relayed well, and there was grace given if there was a delay on my end. Stephanie was just very kind, and understanding. I could tell I was speaking with someone who really cared to help me and that made all the difference in the world to me.

Mark was very nice, genuinely showed concern . He processed the claim very quick. And was very fair . I appreciate the excellent customer service on this claim .

I was very pleased with the efficiency and professional way in which my claim was handled. I did not know much about Grange Insurance prior to this incident, but the representative, Jalen, handled my claim expediently and is an excellent representative for Grange Insurance. Would recommend 10/10
