We had a hail claim, we we're weary going into it expecting a hassle and a battle. The process was actually super simple. An agent texted us, asked for some photos, sent out an adjuster and a very thorough report & claim followed. We were surprised to see that they were accounting for numerous details that we expected we would have to challenge them for. Ultimately it was as you would wish it would be when unexpected unfortunate events take place.

Working with Grange on our recent roof damage claim was incredibly easy! Jalen K, our claim adjuster, was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend Jalen and Grange to everyone!

They are professional, very quick to communicate, and have helped me every step of the way with my claim. I can't stress enough the amazing quality of support I've received with Devin.
