Ray was prompt and right on time for our inspection. He provided all the needed information and next steps. He also the roof on our house to make sure we hadn't missed any damage on this structure.

My roof was damaged due to tornadoes. I have never filed a claim before so I did not know what to expect. I called in my claim and on line. Within a day, Jeff responded with information and scheduled a time to come look at my roof. He came out on a Sunday. He spent a lot of time walking my house and garage roofs. When he was finished he fully explained what damage he found. He approved both roofs. He was friendly & professional. He followed up with me the net day and sent me all the paperwork related to my claim. I am now working with a company to replace my roof. This whole process went way smoother than I expected.
