Granero MovingReviews of graneromoving.com

I would definitely recommend the international relocation services from Formula Global Mobility. To begin with, at the point of origin, the crew was very helpful, careful, responsive and skilled. I had furniture from IKEA (widely known as one which can only be assembled once) that was completely disassembled, and I had no problem reassembling it back again at my destination. Moreover, no damages were found on any items shipped (not even a broken glass). Finally, my point of contact from Formula Global Mobility, Ms. Vanessa Jalaim, addressed satisfactorily all my demands from the moment she took over my relocation process until I got everything delivered. She managed to schedule the delivery for the most convenient date to me, and, when we found out that a piece of furniture was so large that it could not be delivered on the first visit at my apartment, she managed to schedule a second visit for lifting it up through the window, again without delays and on the most convenient date for me.

I had a positive experience: the crew was organized and willing to help with any unforeseen problems. There were delays, but considering the pandemic, they were acceptable. All objects arrived intact and everyone worked fast, accommodating all our needs.

Excellent work with my move to Brazil. I can only thank you for the excellent service provided. My furniture arrived in perfect condition and all my requests were fulfilled as far as possible. Always very well attended by the professional Lais Castro who represents the Granero Moving company very well. Thank you Helena Barbosa
