The customer service people are not honest
The customer service people are getting paid but do not want work They continually are not honest and will not help with questions or issues Lying to elder people and misleading them is unacceptable We want the CEO to know what’s going on and we will be contacting them via email but only thanks to google because the customer service refused to give contact information and said it’s not for the public On the grandpad website it says meet the team however the paid workers withhold this information
