Absolutely shocking. I ordered 2 x Grandma pillowcases almost 4months ago. They took the money immediately and here I am still waiting for the goods. Do not order from this company. I am contacting my bank to deal with it.

I ordered a daughter-in-law blanket on the 6th of May and as of the 28th of May still don’t have it. And when I ordered it it never gave me an order number so I could check on the status of delivery.

My order arrived today chipped and I was not able to give this as a gift for a dear friend of mine. How do i go about getting a new mug without chips. This was not packaged to preserve the product

I just ordered 5 pillow covers. 3 granddaughters & 2 grandsons. The boys were square & the girls were rectangle. I thought they were all throw pillows covers. Online they looked about the same size except for the shape. When the shipment arrived the boys were throw pillows and I loved the material. The only problem was on one of the cases was this black mark in the fabric on the white section. I guess they don't check the orders before shipping them out. When I read the return policy I would be responsible for the shipping cost on their defective merchandise. I am not used to dealing with a company who has this policy. The girls were full size regular pillow cases. Very disappointed since I was expecting throw pillows with the same good material as the boys. I would not recommend this company.
